5. Ownership & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all marketing content created by Collective Media, LLC for clients is owned by the client upon full payment. Collective Media, LLC reserves the right to display work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all information provided by our clients. Any proprietary information shared will be kept secure and not disclosed without consent.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed prior to termination will be billed accordingly. Retainer payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

Collective Media, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect loss of revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from use of our services or website. Results are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and platform algorithms.
